Major contributor to the creation, promotion, and operation of the Hoover's Design Center, the product design arm of Hoover's. Researched, purchased and managed all computer, audio, and visual equipment. Created and maintained customer databases. Voted Best Comedy Club by readers of the Austin Chronicle in 2001.

The Big Stinkin' was the largest annual week-long gathering of improv and sketch comedy performers. Performed numerous duties, including web development, graphic design, marketing, branding, fundraising, organizing and distributing information, and general conference consulting and planning. Managed a team of over two dozen volunteers. Served as communications manager and solicited the participation of over 6,000 agents, managers, and entertainment production companies. Secured primary funding of BS2 through web site. Created the first ever improvisational comedy troupe web site.
